Regular boiler servicing makes sure your boiler is running safely and efficiently when heating your home.
At Mulder Gas and Heating we recommend boilers are serviced at least once a year to ensure they're operating properly and you are getting the most benefit from your system. This minimises the likelihood of you boiler breaking down and means we can identify any other issues with your boilers before they become expensive problems.
A boiler service will include the following checks:
- Safety inspection of the boiler and its controls
- Check for corrosion and leaks
- Check that all the main components function correctly
- Ensure the gas pressure is operating at the correct level
- Test emissions released from the boiler are safe
- Parts cleaned as required
- Checklist completed and boiler safety information provided
